I cannot activate sim card

I have tried and tried to activate sim but it keeps saying it's activated, but it doesn't work

Does your account now show that is has activated or that it is still activating .

Hi @Mehrdad1975  SIM cards must be activated within 30 days so if you didn't then it will have expired and you will need to order a new one.
