I cancelled my pre order mobile

I cancelled my pre order mobile but when I go to sky app and click on my order it still showing delivery sky mobile complete coming soon

It might take 24 hours for your account to update. If it shows up you can either reject the delivery or take it in and call Sky to  arrange its return.
