I can't use mobile data with sky

Since switching to sky I have not been able to use mobile data, I will turn off my wifi and select mobile data and then I just don't have any connection, I also can't get anything above LTE, when I'm in a 5g area. anyone know how to fix this or cancel my contract? (I'm still in cooling off period)

Hi @Joosh1  have you checked your phones APN settings ? What phone are you using ?
