I can’t seem to receive or call since they have done the alarm testing on peoples phones

I can't seem to call or receive any calls or even sent any text msg since the alarm at 3 o'clock . I am not only person on sky that has this problem . I would really like to get the issue fixed asap

I have experienced the same issue and my messages dont appear to be sending properly either.

My phone says message not sent, yet the person is receiving the message!
