If your services are restricted then you need to pay to restore them.

 

You will have probably incurred a late payment charge and if you are particularly late you may have to pay next month's bill as well.

Are your services restricted?  Did you have a failed automatic payment?

I've tried the virtual assistant, but that just keeps repeating itself. I come phone Sky because my restrictions I don't know what to do really
