I already have a sky account and a 'my sky' login. I got a new sky mobile yesterday. It is working but I can't link the sky ID to sly mobile so I can't access any billing or settings. Please help, Paul.

I have the same issue, I need to link my ID to my new mobile account to sign the new contract but I revieve an error every time I fill in all of the details. I have tried multiple times since this afternoon and am unsure of what to do now. Please help, thank you.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I also have this issue, purchased a new iPad and try to link sky ID so I can register eSIM but keeps saying it's already registered, when I return to account it tells me to link sky ID, around and around we go.
