I can’t find my mobile account online ?

I'm trying to view my sky mobile account online but can't find details in my sky id ? 

I need to maybe purchase more data

You should be able to see if via the MySky app or online here:

Yes however I won't be able to see it as I have no data when out and will be out all day . It's in work I need the data . So won't be of much use unfortunately

If they send you a chat invite you don't have to respond to it straight away as you have 48 hours to respond to it.

 

If you need data then call Sky on 150 for help with this, say nothing when asked about your call.
