I have tried to access piggy bank to be able to use my stored data for 3 years, but I can't. I've run put of data and really need to access it

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf that continues give Sky a call from your Sky mobile by dialling 150. The agent can move the data for you and investigate why you can't do it.
