I am trying to update one of my iPad for a new iPhone however it is saying I have too many divides

I am trying to update one of my iPads for a new iPhone however it is advising I have too many divides, I only have £30 left to pay on the ipad. Lease help as this is a Christmas present for my son

Hi @Lizatho  if you are at the limit of devices (5) then you can't add more until at least one has no payments left. Even then it can be a few months before you can add a device online. They can be added by placing an order over the phone. So once paid off call sky on 150 to place the order.

Can I pay one of the devices off early so I can add a new phone to my account?

Yes you can pay off a device early @Lizatho probably best to call sky on 150 to pay off a device and place a new order.
