I am trying to move my number over to my new phone but I keep getting an error when I enter the PAC

I am trying to keep my phone number but when I enter the PAC code I have got it shows an error.

You can't use a Pac code to move a Sky number from a Sky sim to another Sky sim so all you need to do is to put the sim you already have into your new device.

@SamBates24  Are you trying to move your current number from one Sky sim to another?   If so this isn't possible, as per @caesarome  you need to continue using the original Sky sim in your new phone.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
