Discussion topic: I am getting a no service message

After returning from a holiday and switching off airplane mode getting no service message. Tried all the advice in help section including putting the sim on another phone. Please help, thanks.

Hi @Doct if this is an iPhone go to settings, mobile service, sim applications and change the setting there.

edit. If it's android then try Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit, Roaming, set to Home
