How to speak to someone on live chat as im deaf.

I cant speak and need help for my account. When I log in it says everything's restricted and I need to see my bills and contract. Please help advise me

Have you missed a payment? 

If not, if you have health issues that affect your ability to communicate, it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look here… ~

No I payment has been missed . It doesn't give me any access to any part of my mobile account when I log in to sky. I cant see bills . Payments or even when my contract ends it just says page restricted on everyday page I click on. 

 

I tried the accessibility page but that wasn't any good please can someone help me
