How to return a contract device

Hi, I recently purchased a Google pixel 10 pro on contract with sky but I wish to return it. How do I do this please? The help guides just keep sending me in circles. Thanks

How recently did you purchase it as you have 31 days under the cooling off rules to change your mind and return so if you are within the timescale then you need to contact Sky to let them know so they can both cancel it for you and to arrange it's return. Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending it off.

Hi, it was delivered on the 20th November. I just can't see how to let sky know how to return it. I can't just send it back because there are two return addresses and I have no reference or documentation to support the return... And I don't like the idea of just sending a phone worth almost £1k to anyone at sky and hoping for the best !

You could call them or use one of the social media links at the bottom of this page. It is probably to late to do this now so you would need to do this tomorrow.
