Just transferred to Sky Mobile on my Motorola E6 Play but cannot receive any data over the mobile network. Keep getting text message regarding MMS and Internet Browsing GPRS but no settings et.
Anyone any ideas?

OK problem solved. I switched off Wi-Fi connection and just used 'mobile network' and suddenly all the APN settings texts arrived and installed. So now I have data.

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

Thanks for the suggestion, I followed your instructions and clicked 'send network settings; several times but did not receive any text message. So similar to the original problem that I am not getting the settings that Sky promised in their text message.
However I did receive several messages from Sky "Temporary error: Please try again later" So it seems that Sky are having difficulties sending network setting messages to my phone.
