How to get a deposit refunded

I paid deposit for Nes IPhone got email to say it was on its way Then I checked after 2 days and no delivery The credit check failed but no refund this is over a week ago

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.
