How to claim Galaxy Watch7?

Hello All,

Sky has an offer now, if you purchase a Galaxy S24 FE, you can claim a Galaxy Watch7.

The offer says following:

1. Purchase a Samsung Galaxy S24 or S24 FE and receive a Galaxy Watch7 worth £289 included with your order.

2. The Watch7 will appear in your order confirmation at no extra cost. It will not appear in your basket.

3. The Watch7 will be dispatched within 30 days of receiving your new device.

Unfortunately I cannot find how and where to claim it. Point 2 says "will appear in your order confirmation at no extra cost. It will not appear in your basket."

It wasn't mentioned anywhere in the confirmation email. Am I did something wrong?

You don't claim the watch as stock levels permitting it should be sent automatically to you. Sometimes it will arrive with the device or it can come separately.
