How to change the colour of my phone that I’ve ordered

I had originally wanted to order the 16 pro in black however due to having to change my contract details I have accidentally ordered it in the desert colour which I would like to change, I ordered this no later than 48 hours ago and it hasn't been sent out yet and was hoping you could change the colour before it is posted. Thanks

You need to call Sky to cancel the order. Ordering an alternative will mean you're credit checked again. 

You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, alternatively you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

Something similar happened to me last year with the 15 Pro Max.  I called Sky and they sorted it easily.  My phone had actually arrived with me and they still let me change the colour as I hadn't set the phone up.  Just call them and all will be fine.

I called 150 from my old mobile and told them i wanted to change the colour.  The woman at Sky was fineabout it, didn't ask why, she told me it's a lot of money so you need to be happy with your purchase.  It was easy.  I returned the new phone and they sent another of a different colour once they'd received the other one.
