How to call overseas

I tried to call overseas but message says I have a spend cap. When I went to the app to check, it's switched off. How can I call abroad?

Try  setting a spend cap to see if it then allows you to make the call.

Hi @Pwedemagtanong  just to confirm you are looking at the monthly spend cap not the roaming cap ?
