How to book a redelivery

I have ordered iphone 16 pro from sky and they delivered it when i was not at home the royal mail sent the delivery back to sky . What shoud i do now

If it has been returned to Sky then you would need to contact them about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
