I'm looking to do a device swap for my upgrade to pay off my remaining balance of my current contract. The form only gives you the option to click damaged or not damaged - you can't state how bad the damage is. The whole back of my phone is cracked even though the phone is in perfect working order so I have clicked casing damaged - will they then deduct a lot more off it if I send it back? Am I better selling it myself?

As an idea the retail cost to repair that damage is around £250. (iPhone 14)
