How long does Sky Swap take

Sky received my old phone yesterday and the 14 day period ends next week, how long do Sky take to grade the phone and take the money off my new phone?

Hi @CD1976  normally 2-3 weeks, if any overpayment is made it will be refunded later.

Just wondering if I should have received confirmation from Sky saying they had received my old phone and it was being processed? According to the Royal Mail tracking, Sky should have received the phone on 14th November however I havne't heard anything from Sky and am now being charged for two devices

As above, it takes 2-3 weeks to process normally.
