How does sky value phones?

If i wanted to swap my phone that has scratches around charging ports and a small scratch in the bezel, would that be cut the phones value in half? i heard they are quite strict with evaluation

Hi @Cruz  any damage does decrease the trade in value and it can be by quite a lot. You will only know if you return it and get a valuation.
