How do i find out the email on my iPhone 16pro max

Hi I want to now if I can get the email and password  that I set up my iPhone 16pro max with as I have kinda forgotten  it and I can't remember  any off it including  my apple id and password  too please I need help

What  do you mean by who's my email provider as I've already spoken to Google and they can't help me with get it ..so will you be able to help

Hi @Sarah61119  in case you aren't aware you aren't talking to sky CS here, only fellow customers trying to help. Sky can't help you retrieve any passwords or Apple ID.

@Sarah61119  We don't know which email provider you are referring to, without this basic info no one can help.  You must know who you get your email service from?

There is Goohle, Outlook/Hotmail, Yahoo, icloud etc.

So have you forgotten what your Gmail email address is or the password is or both ?

@Sarah61119 If you have forgotten the email and password then it's unlikely anyone will be able to help, data protection rules will stop that as you could be anyone trying to access the phone(any provider will be very suspicious of someone forgetting  all the details).

If you cannot access the device itself and don't have a viable recovery method then at that point the only option is typically to wipe the hardware through a factory reset and start again: Apple is famously fanatical about not creating loopholes and exceptions in its security.
