How do I filter scam calls

Received a nuisance call with No caller ID so I cannot report it or forward the number on to Action Fraud. Caller shouted abusive language with what sounded like people laughing in the background then mentioned about TV lisence. They continued swearing and name calling then hung up. They have not called again. I'm assuming this is a scam call but want to know how to put a filter on my incoming calls and how to report an anonymous caller. Thanks.

Hi @Charlotte8999999  there may be a filter in your phone settings to block calls without ID but that can also block numbers you may want receive calls from.

I know that iphones can block calls from unknown numbers so you might be able to block these if you have an option on your phone but doing so can silence calls from the likes of doctors and hospitals.

Thanks for your helpful replies. I'll look into blocking the calls although I'll make sure to look into being able to receive doctor/hospital calls. Annoyingly they are usually no caller ID which is why I answered it initially!
