Changed sim card as lost old one and new one won't ativate or work, says no Sim on my phone. Tried to contact sky but only get told to phone, can't phone as I have no sim card.
Tried the automated system but again it doesn't help and then says to phone.
Apart from using someone elses phone, what I am supposed to do???

My phone says no sim / service.
So won't activate the sim card or anything.
It's been like that for over a week now.
Done all the usual if turning off, flight mode, rubbing the sim card etc... nothing works.

It was a replacement so I keto my number.
All I did was put the new sim card in and it's not worked since.
Says no sim / service.

When you receive the replacement sim you have to activate it - otherwise it's just a 'blank' sim and will give the error you report.
so did you activate it on Sky's website as a replacement to an existing sim?
