How difficult ur us to get help

I am abroad and my mobile data has stopped working after 10 days on all 3 phones that I have. The spend cap has been taken off. Data roaming is on. I've been charged £2 a day for each device. Any advice. Oh and trying to get some support off the virtual assistant is more frustrating than not having any data in the first place. I'm serious considering ditching sky after 23 years

Roaming is now limited to 25GB per billing period then £2.50 per extra GB so could you have exceeded this limit and the charges for extra data have kicked in?

Thanks Daniel for your help. Yes I think that right. I've just had to pay extra to get more data for this month. I've paid what I would normally pay even though my balance is 0.00. This seemed to have work.... I wish they would say to do that then I would have done it straight away. Thanks again.
