Hiya I need help about a delivery issue

It says my delivery has been completed but I haven't received it? What does this mean.

It could mean it is on it's way to the courier DPD so have they yet sent you an email/text with a one hour delivery slot, if not then you will need this first before a delivery is arranged.

It doesn't say a time slot all is saying is delivery is complete and I can't track on DPD I got an email saying it's on its way on the 25th but I'm worried

It might be worth calling Sky about this to see if they can help.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
