High data usage

Hi can anyone tell me how it's possible to use 15gb of data in an hour with the phone in your pocket ?

How long have you been a Sky Mobile customer ?

 

Was mobile data turned off while the phone was in your pocket ?

 

Do you update apps on wifi only ?

Been a customer for years , only seems to be on my iPhone XR don't get issues on my other phone . As far as I know data roaming is off ( I never leave the uk , )

Not data roaming as you wouldn't need this on while in the UK but mobile data itself because could apps updating in the background behind this data usage. There might be a setting somewhere to only update them when on a Wifi connection.

 

What makes you say you have used this data in an hour ?

I moved 15gb from rollover at 4pm drive home takes an hour .had no data left when I got home

It might be it hasn't actually appeared on your phone yet as this does happen so if this is what has happened then it should catchup within 24 hours.

On the MySky app, it should show you how much data is on the device, if it is less than the 15GB or is still around no data then I would say it has yet to roll over to it.
