High bill

Good afternoon,

 

i just looked at my bank account and i noticed my phone bill was higher than usual. When I looked at my sky bill I noticed that I had my phone (iPhone 17 deep blue) listed and charged twice. This is an error. Please can I get this removed and refunded

Check the dates the bill covers; is it longer than the normal month?
