Hi just got a phone through Sky and it’s asking to link my account to it by providing last 6 digits

Hi to link up my sky account I have to put in last 6 digits of my account number. I've had the same one for years but saying it doesn't match their records. If I can't link account can't activate sim for my new phone help. Is there a number I can ring?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
