Hi i upgraded and was given two extra sim cards

Hi I have just upgrade two phones over the phone. I wanted to take up an offer for a cheaper son with more data but I was told I couldn't take my numbers to the new sim. I understand that but the assistant offered to send me two 100MB sims free at no cost per month with the new phones. The new phones have two SIM slots so I can use both some at the same time. I have the new phones and the new SIM cards.

I have three questions

Why do I need the 100MB sims?(Not much data and I already have calls and texts on the original sims)

Will Sky start charging me £5 per month for the new Sims at some stage?

Can I upgrade the original sims to get more data?

Sorry it's a bit long winded but thanks for any help in this matter.

To answer your questions:

I'm not sure why they would send you the 100mb sims but they would only be free for a set time possibly 12 months before you would be charged £5 for them.

You can chnage the data on your current sims if you want but any offers you see in the Sky website for data would only apply to new sims.

Thanks for reply, more or less what I thought. I haven't activated the new Sims so if I ignore them will they be cancelled after 30 days?

That is correct so you will not be charged for them.
