Hi I started a mobile contract quite a few months back. I received a new iPhone which had a faulty

Hi I started a mobile contract quite a few months back. I received a new iPhone which had a faulty screen to start with. I sent the phone back and you sent me a new one and for some reason u have sent the other phone back to me. I haven’t used it and have no need for 2 phones however I’ve been paying for both phones ? Could I get the money refunded or taken of future bills and can I return the unused phone ?

@Danielhanson

We are custimers here who help each other so you will need to call Sky on this from one of them and the number to use is just 150.

Sky sometimes have a rather bizarre way of dealing with faulty items.

Rather than repair/replace your original phone it seems you've taken out a whole new contract - thus why you are paying for two.

However, now you are past the cooling off period you may have quite a task to convince them to take the original phone back and recredit etc.

If you spoke to them then you may wish to get them to check the recording - or check your mails as a new order would result in mails to the effect...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
