Hi I'm unable to sign my new mobile contract? It keeps taking me to the mobile tab? It won't allow to go to manage it just puts me back on to the mobiles? Can some 1 please help me.

I did speak with someone but as I don't have a contract as my phone number no longer works as I cancelled my contract to join sky they said they couldn't help and he also said I would probably fail the checks which I found very insulting I mean who is he to say that like he knows my circumstances!
