Hi I entered my pac and I got a message saying my number had transferred but it actually hasn’t. I even tried entering it in manually on the iPhone settings yet it still did not work. What can I do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSometimes the messages that are sent out saying the number has transferred are done so a little early before it has happened so it might be worth calling Sky today on the free 150 number so they can look into what is happening for you.
