As @PandJ2020 indicates, that's not something which Sky offers. The tariff is either £2 per day 'roaming' in the limited places where that applies, or an extremely expensive 'rest of the world' rate.
£2 per day roaming only applies to the EU/EEA plus the countries listed in bold below.
