Help needed

I was recently a victim of identity theft anf 3 phones were ordered. I have the phone delivered me to me and i need.ti return them. Ive already tried to do this but due to a fraud case open my account is locked the advisors arnt able to do anything. I am now getting email saying I owe £105 the direct debit wasnt taken. My credit rating may be affected.
I need this sorting ASAP no one from sky (fraud) has contacted me even though i was told they will within 3-5 days its been over 8 days now. This is getting very strssfull now. Please help

I suspect they are struggling with the scale of the current attacks.

 

The general advice is here: note in particular the only legitimate returns address.

 

The criminals will go to considerable lengths to get their hands on the hardware because that's how they actually monetise their scam, and will even arrange their own own doorstep pick-ups which must be ignored.
