You do know you haven’t contacted Sky by posting here? This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers. Responses are therefore not always ASAP.

It may disclose a nearby mast issue. In case you aren't aware Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.
