Help I can't leave

I have been trying to get a PAC code for 2 days- 6 phone calls later still no futher on. My mobile number, which is a SKY number cannot receive SMS messages from SKY to verify my PAC code. How do I escape this ground hog day >?

If you call Sky on 150 from reading other posts recently I believe they can email the pac code to you.
