There seems to be a issues with my order it was sent back to sky?

There’s a chance you’ve failed the more in-depth credit check. Sometimes the emails confirming and cancelling the order arrive out of sync. Sky would be able to confirm that’s the reason it was cancelled but not why you failed as they are not allowed to view your credit record, so you could sign up (maybe on a free months trial) at somewhere like Experian or Equifax, which should give you access to your credit record. If you do this you may want to then cancel it before the free month deal finishes.
