Having issues transferring number from other provider

Hey can anyone help I'm trying to transfer my number over from another provider but when I click activate sim nothing is happening it's just taking me to a page to order a new phone or sim anyone know what to do

Hi @Mrhippo24  are you logged into your Sky account when trying to activate the sim ?

Are you trying to activate and give sky your PAC ? If you are try just activating the sim on its own first @Mrhippo24
