Haven't received 4 code to activate esim

I have phoned SKY 5 times over the past two days to get a four code pin number so I can activate my eSim. They still haven't sent me one. 

How do I get a activation code

This hasn't helped. All I need is a four number code to activate my eSIM. I am not getting anywhere with customer service

This isn't sky CS here @Caz127  its a customer helps customer community so you need to preserve on the phones or social media links mentioned.
