I've been over charged my data whilst in mexico.
I turned on my data for 5 minutes transfer some money from another account. It wiped my data i had. I've checked my account to which is say i had an extra charge of £45. This doesnt seem correct how do i check this?
If it is, safe to say I will be leaving as soon as. Poor service all round anyway.

Mexico (Rest of the world) Data is charged at £2.16 per MB as detailed here
The information is freely available on Skys website, the onus is on you to check prior to travelling to prevent such charges.

When in 'Rest of World' locations you do not have any data allocation.
As noted above, you pay per MEGAbyte. If you had a £45 spendcap then just 20Mb of data will burn that - which for modern phones will be in a matter of minutes if not seconds. (Just simple phone chatter that the phone does in the background could easily burn that)
Unfortunately, the charge is likely to be correct - and many other providers charge high rates (without purchasing a roaming add on) too in such locations. Remember it's the local network that levies the high charges...
