Had an email saying sun is out of contract?

Had an email saying my sim is out of contract what does this mean? Bit worried it means my phone will stop working what does this mean please help.

Hi @wl3w04  that means that you are out of the minimum term and your sim will continue on a rolling monthly basis until you recontract or you leave. It won't stop working.

Your 12 months minimum term is up so if you want you would be free to eiher cancel the sim/number of to transfer it elsewhere.

so monthly rolling contract won't change anything if I keep my current plan everything will be as normal? Also thank you for answering.

Yes @wl3w04  thats correct, you may be subject to annual cost of living rises now that you are out of contract.
