Had a phone sent back

Ordered a new phone , they tried delivering when we at work and the sent phone back !

You should have received an email from DPD giving you a one hour delivery window. You may now have to call Sky and see what they advise. It may depend on where the device is now (ie; still with DPD or on its way back to Sky).
