Got my pro max 17 orange delivered in 26th. Then today another one that I hadnt ordered turned up. Sent back straight away. When oeopke have got theirs and now we're being sent additional ones we havent ordered!

Hi @mattandkris I hope you made sure you sent it back to sky as it's a current scam where an unordered phone arrives and it's then returned to the scammers and not sky.

I'm in Dublin. Ordered Pro Max Deep Blue 256gb on 15th. Nothing whatsoever from Sky since. I have phoned them 4/5 times at this stage, none the wiser.

its showing in the Sky app as "In progress - Coming soon".

It's completely unacceptable to have ordered something 2 1/2 weeks ago and not received an email informing me of a delay, giving an expected delivery date, apologising, or anything else.

I ordered on 15th September at 11pm and received my iPhone 17 pro max 256gb blue today

So after getting excited to have a DPD email last night saying mine (17 Pro Max 512gb in orange) is finally on its way, as well as a message on MySky saying it will arrive on 1st October... there's been nothing. No delivery slot - it's just been showing as 'arrived at depot' since 6:30am today. So no hope of delivery this evening, an no indication of when it will be delivered.

The saga continues...

Whatever the 'conditions' are... I don't think this is ever going to arrive. What an absolute joke this has been.

It’s possible you may have failed one of the required credit check(s). For a sim deal it’s just a soft credit check, for a device there’s also an enhanced check. Any emails which confirm or cancel the order sometimes arrive out of sequence. See this link for Skys guidance ~

Be aware that if you keep trying to order the device this could further impact your credit score. If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up to a credit reference agency like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record.

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.

Glad I got one from Argos in the end because the one from sky still hasn't dispatched . She assured she had canceled for me and they haven't done that either . I understand there's a big demand for them and they get them in drops and drabs from Apple but a smalll email "sorry there has been a delay due to overwhelming demand we don't currently have any updates but if anything changes we will let you know" would be nice or any communication whatsoever at this point
