Got signal but can’t make call, text, use data

I have full bar's of signal yet past 4 days I'm unable to make text's, Call's or use my data.

ive tried every solution that sky have to offer yet nothing works im now being fobbed off saying the local masc tower is down and a engineer is working on it, yet when I check to see if any issues in my area it's stating all is ok and I should be receiving 5G.

anyone got advice? Sky you best fix this as I'm not paying for something I can't use!!! What if theirs a emergency and I need a loved one for transport yet I can't contact them!!!

What did Sky advise you to do? Have they suggested a new SIM card be sent out in case yours is faulty?

You can't withhold payment. Billing continues as normal however once it's fixed you could ask if they would apply a credit to your account for the time you've been without service.

Hi. I was told to turn the phone on and off as well as do stuff to my settings and do a reset which unfortunately I can't do due to not wanting to lose my password's. I was not offered a new SIM card.

I can rarely make calls or send texts too, I've tried all the usual fixes. I can't even call sky because I can't make calls
