Got an existing phone contract with Sky mobile, got a new phone and need to change the number

I have an existing contract with Sky mobile, however, I now have a new contract with Sky mobile and I need to change my phone number. 
how do I do this?

Just move the sim from your old phone to your new phone, is this what you mean by saying you want to change your number ?

Yes however, it only goes to 4G not 5G?
