Purchased this phone with the corresponding offer of a free watch. I claim after 15 days but just checked on the mobile offers and the link has disappeared? What's happening, feel like I have been jibbed

Update, managed to jump through numerous hoops to prove purchase, contract imie number and all sorts of other things

Bottom line Sky should just supply this after 15 days instead of all the fukin about, anyone who isn't tech savvy probably won't end up with a watch

Still massive thanks for the link. It might not be a sky promotion but when you are looking to get the phone it seems that it all comes together and you don't have to do anything. Very disappointed with sky and the total lack of any information whatsoever.

Sky simply advertise a third party offer.  The promotion is nothing to do with Sky.

However, Sky could perhaps have a page listing all the previous offers and the links/conditions.  But the details are all on the page as you purchase - it seems some people did not notice or do not note them.
