Google pixel 10 pro

Has anyone had any luck receiving the promotional £250 bill credit if you swap to a Google pixel 10 pro.

No luck whatsoever. Swapped 2 devices 2 months early. Outstanding balance of £252 on each old phone, got £120 swap price for each so remaining balance of £132 per phone = £264 added to next bill. Did the swap over the phone and the advisor confirmed extra £500 (2 swapped phones) would be added to next bill. What a joke. Swap was completed 8th September, bill due on 17th September......still no £500. Been on the phone all week and no one knows what they are doing. Opened 2 formal complaints and they subsequently deleted them without even consulting me. In the end I googled CEO of Sky Mobile and explained and guess what, I got a reply! Escalated to priority complaint department who are in the UK and they are fighting my case. Have to allow 48hrs which is tomorrow so fingers crossed. I'd love to know if anyone has been lucky enough to receive theirs?

Any luck on this. I'm going through the same thing now. And the staff seem to think I made the offer up

Still no luck I'm afraid. I've managed to get through to the priority complaints department who are handling my case from now on.

I have to wait 30 days from swap completion which will be 8th October when I will be getting a call back.

Did you take any pictures/screenshots of the promotion?

It's ridiculous that you the customer have to sort it all out when I did mine over the phone with a sales person. They even clarified that I did not have to do anything to get the extra £250 X2 as they were doing it their side. This whole thing has been an absolute shambles.

*Update*

My September bill was paid yesterday which was very big and the next 3 future payments were listed as normal.

Checked again a bit later and the £250 x 2 was credited to my account on my October bill........Finally!

Never, ever doing one of these promotions again. They need to add small print at the bottom of said promotion in a hell of a lot more detail.

Pleased to hear that. Mine was randomly paid yesterday. Thankfully this is before my payment came out, so I've not been out of pocket, but the communication has been terrible, with assumptions from some staff when you phone. that you've almost made the deal up. 

 

If Sky do a similar deal again, my advice is to document everything. If ordering on the phone, get the name of the advisor.
