I have just entered into a SIM Only deal as the key feature is WIFI calling.
The phone I have was purchased SIM free and WIFI calling has been available on different networks with no problem. I did not expect an issue moving to sky.
This feature is no longer in my menu, is there a fix available?

One to watch out for: If you didn't get your phone from us, it might not be compatible with Sky Mobile Wi-Fi calling. To check, set up Wi-Fi calling and try making a call over Wi-Fi. If the ‘Wi-Fi call’ indicator doesn’t show, then your phone isn’t compatible.

Thats frustrating, marketing a feature that 'maybe' available.
Lets see if I can get out of the minimum contract perod.
